**Description du poste**:

- Ansprechpartner für Kunden, international und national
- Annahme von Bestellungen, Prüfung von Basisdaten (Teilenummer, Preis, Lieferzeitbedingungen, Kapazität) unter Absprache mit Planung und Einkauf
- Erstellung von Kundenaufträgen im ERP und Bestätigung an den Kunden
- Erstellung von Lieferpapieren und Generieren von Rechnungen
- Monitoring und Anpassung von Lieferterminen
- Koordination und rechtzeitige Freigabe zur Versandabteilung
- Verwaltung des Fortschritts bei Kundenaufträgen in Zusammenarbeit mit den betroffenen Abteilungen
- Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen
- Fokus auf das KPI OTD (on time delivery)
- Unterstützung interner Abteilungen und Ansprechpartner innerhalb der Firma

**Exigences du poste**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische/technische Ausbildung wie Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann, Spe-ditionskaufmann bzw. Industriekaufmann oder
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Auftragssachbearbeitung. Technischer Background wäre von Vorteil
- Strukturierte, umsetzungsstarke und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke
- Motivation sich schnell einzuarbeiten und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Erfahrung mit ERP Systemen (M3, SAP oder vergleichbares)
- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und Outlook
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
