**HR Specialist Projects & Systems (m/w/d)**

Das sind deine Aufgaben
- Während der Systemimplementierung unterstützt du das HRIS Lead bei der Definition und Planung der HRIS Roadmap
- Mitarbeit am Projektmanagement für die Einführung neuer HRIS Software Lösungen und eigenständige Ausführung von Projektteilprozessen in aktiver Abstimmung mit allen beteiligten Stakeholdern
- Umsetzung der Anforderungen der funktionalen HR-Bereiche in neue HR-Geschäftsprozesse sowie Erstellung und Durchführung von Test-Szenarien für neue Features und Anpassung bestehender Prozesse
- Nach der Systemimplementierung unterstützt du das globale HR-Team und gibst Empfehlungen von Prozessverbesserungen, innovativen Lösungen und Policy Anpassungen
- Du bist Ansprechpartner für das vorherrschende HRIS-System sowie andere relevante HR-Systeme
- Mitarbeit und Koordination von HR-Projekten und externen Dienstleistern
- Das Erstellen und Durchführen von Trainings für bestimmte User Gruppen sowie von Ad hoc Reporting und Analysen bei Bedarf

Das solltest du mitbringen
- Berufsspezifische Ausbildung und mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer entsprechenden Stelle oder vergleichsweise ein abgeschlossenes, staatlich anerkanntes Studium in BWL
- Erste Erfahrung im Bereich HR Systems/ HRIS oder einem generalistischem HR-Bereich mit HCM-Systemkomponenten und projektbasierte Einführung von Systemen im HR-Bereich wünschenswert
- Erste Erfahrung im Personalbereich
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Fließende Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Microsoft Office Kenntnisse sowie Funktionswiese von HCM-Lösungen (SAP HCM, Oracle, HR, Personio, UKG, Workday, insbesondere Excel)
- Sehr gute SAP-HCM Anwenderkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
