Für unseren Kunden **Airbus** suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen **Technical Admin. Support (m/d/w) - befristet für 1 Jahr** am Luftfahrtstandort **Hamburg-Finkenwerder.**

**Entwicklungspotential / Perspektiven**

**Technical Admin. Support (m/d/w) - befristet für 1 Jahr**
Standort: Hamburg

**Aufgaben, Kompetenzen und Verantwortung**
als **Technical Admin Suppor**t (m/d/w):

- Unterstützung bei der Dokumentenerstellung nach Vorgabe wie z. B. Coordination Memos an externe Lieferanten, sowie die Versendung und Archivierung von Korrespondenzen
- Archivierung von technischen Dokumentationen wie z.B. statische Nachweisberichte in die dafür vorgesehenen Archivierungstools
- Verwaltung des Datentransfers technischer Dokumente von und an Lieferanten, u.a. die
- Zusammenstellung der relevanten Daten und deren
- bermittlung via Datentransfertools (FTS+, iShares), sowie die Entnahme und Archivierung der eingehenden Dokumente
- Klassifizierung von Dokumenten nach gültigen Export Control Regulierungen
- Unterstützung bei den Projektmanagement-Prozessen wie z.B. die Erstellung und Pflege von Statustabellen und Berichten und der damit zusammenhängenden KPI´s
- Unterstützung bei der Einbringung formaler Änderungen in statische Nachweisberichte im Zusammenhang mit neuen Digitalisierungsprozessen

**Fachliche Anforderungen**
- Abgeschlossenes Technisches Studium, Internationales Management, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer Vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbuldung mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung als Fachinformatiker (m/d/w), IT-Systemkaufmann (M/d/w), technische Ausbildung oder einer Vergleichbaren Qualifikation
- Mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung in Lieferantenmanagement, Sachbearbeitung Lieferantenmanagement, technische Dokumentation und als Technischer Sachbearbeiter
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
- Erfahrung mit Dokumentationstools erwünscht
- Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Kenntnisse in Google Workspace von Vorteil
- Airbuserfahrung von Vortei
- Qualitäts
- und Leistungsorientierte, sowie verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Selbstständiges, strukturiertes und proaktives Arbeiten
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit um mit Ansprechpartnern aller Ebenen zusammen zu arbeiten
