In Osnabrück befindet sich unser Hauptsitz mit rund 890 Mitarbeitenden. Neben Verwaltung, Research & Innovation und Engineering ist hier auch eine der größten Spezialpapiermaschinen der Welt in Betrieb.

**DAS SIND IHRE AUFGABEN**:

- Sie stellen die Rohmaterialversorgung sicher: Die für die Produktion benötigten Rohmaterialien sind in ausreichender Menge, in der vereinbarten Qualität und zu Benchmark-Preisen verfügbar.
- Sie erstellen Rohmaterialversorgungsstrategien zusammen mit dem CC Purchasing und stimmen diese mit internen Stakeholdern ab.
- Sie führen einen Abgleich der Rohmaterialerfordernisse unserer Kunden und der Produktionsabteilungen mit den Qualitätssicherungsvereinbarungen durch und entwickeln diese entsprechend weiter.
- Sie bauen Rohmaterial-Austauschmatrizes für die Schlüssel-Rohmaterialgruppen auf und aktualisieren sie.
- Sie wenden aktuelle Qualitätssicherungstechniken an.

**DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT**:

- Sie haben ein Hochschul
- oder Fachhochschulabschluss im Bereich Papier
- oder Verfahrenstechnik, Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik oder vergleichbares Studium
- Sie besitzen sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten.
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem Produktionsbereich eines Industrieunternehmens.
- Hohe Belastbarkeit und die Fähigkeit, auch in komplexen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten, prägen Ihre Persönlichkeit.
- Sicheres Auftreten und Verhandlungsgeschick auch im Umgang mit unseren Lieferanten.
- Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift weisen Sie vor.
- Sehr gute Teamfähigkeit und sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
