**What you'll do**:

- You are responsible for the growth of one of the main markets at Emma
- You will lead a team that continuously optimizes our business and develops new initiatives to help fuel growth
- You will lead a team that conducts research to identify and lead business opportunities, growth areas, trends, services, and overall brand proposition
- You will supervise and streamline both back-end and consumer-facing business operation platforms between the company and 3rd party suppliers
- You will build market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships
- You will identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements
- You will screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials

**What you'll bring to us**:

- You have already acquired experience of 3 years or more in the field(s) of consulting, management, start-ups and digital Marketing and are ideally already in a leading role of a successful start-up / or E-commerce company
- You are fascinated by fast scalable business models
- You like to think and act rationally and effectively
- You are a self-starter and can work independently
- You are curious and hungry to learn
- You have a very good command of Excel
- You are not afraid to negotiate, train, manage and above all to learn perpetually, and as quickly as possible
- You have the ability to think strategically on short term and long-term goals
- You have strong analytical skills and learn quickly
- You like to take on responsibility and can work independently
