We are looking for an entrepreneurial, self-motivated, dynamic, and forward-thinking Senior Team Lead. This position is located in our Frankfurt office and reports to the Global Head of Business Development.

IF YOU TAKE THIS CHALLENGE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Manage and provide guidance of our Business Development Team in the DACH region with currently 5 BD Executives
- Manage and source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
- Manage prospecting within target industries/regions by reaching out to companies who have displayed buying signals
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Close teamwork with the sales and marketing department to build a pipeline with high propensity to close.
- Research new accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proven track record of the similar role in the software sales industry or in B-to-B/explanationary products (4-5 years)
- High seniority
- Hunting mentality
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- BA/BS degree or equivalent job experience
- German native speaker
- Fluency in English necessary
