Varjo is on a mission to change computing for good. We're looking for a passionate and seasoned sales professional to join us in this mission & help grow our Asia-Pacific market. This is an individual contributor role and you'll be tasked to support and educate our Value-Added Resellers (VARs) to bring the world's most cutting-edge technology to the market. You will own the relationship with these partners and build a strategic plan to maximize enablement and performance of current relationships & look at opportunities to bring on new ones as well. We are expected to continue our aggressive growth and we're looking for people who are quick learners, like solving problems, and have an entrepreneurial spirit.

**What you'll be doing**
- Meet assigned targets for invoiced based sales growth and assigned strategic objectives.
- Responsible for the day-to-day relationship management of Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and distributors in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Identify and develop strategic customer programs or projects which will have a big business impact to Varjo.
- Identify new verticals/industries for Varjo in the region.
- Become a thought leader in the region to promote the best of professional VR & XR.
- Build, maintain & manage relationships with current and new prospective channel partners.
- Build relationships with key personnel in partner organizations, across different departments.
- Coordinate the involvement of Varjo team, including support, technical, marketing & sales, to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.
- Sell through resellers to end customers, either directly or in coordination with direct sales team.
- Manage direct/channel conflict by fostering excellent communication between resellers and direct sales teams.
- Ensure partner compliance with VAR program and agreements.
- Run monthly meetings and planning sessions to mutually review recent performance, set upcoming goals and strategize together and ensuring accountability to achieve targets.
- Leverage data and analytics to drive excellence and performance.
- Conduct product & sales enablement trainings.
- Build co-marketing plans, including in-person events.

**Our expectations**
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales. Industry knowledge specific to the VR/XR space or experience from industries such as Aerospace, Energy, Medical is preferred.
- Previous experience driving channel sales is a must; ideally with experience managing partner relationships.
- Experience providing insights, building relationships with and driving value to high-level professionals in B2B environment.
- Strong business acumen required.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, verbal & written communication skills.
- Experience working proactively in CRM; we are using HubSpot.
- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts related to our VR/XR solutions.
- Interested in working in a fast paced, international team environment.
- Ability to travel 30% of the time.
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
