**Customer Success Representative (M/F/d)**

**Job Summary**:
**What You Will Do**:
- Work with Customers to ensure they are deriving value from their investments
- Assist users and company admins with their Altair user accounts
- Update customer’s on their Support requests when required
- Interact with prospects and customers to improve support experience and satisfaction levels.
- Creating Knowledgebase articles (FAQ/Solutions) that provide technical value to Altair’s customer base.
- Coordinate with development and sales teams to ensure customer success
**What You Will Need**:
**Basics**:
- Associate degree, Trade or Technical School
- Fluency in German and English
- Solid background with productivity tools like Outlook, Office, Teams
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce and ServiceNow is a plus
- Ability to work on multiple priorities simultaneously
- A self-starter who likes to dig in and work hard
- Organized and love teams, but is also capable of working independently
**Preferred**:
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Bachelor’s degree
