Wir suchen dich, um eines der größten Probleme unserer Gesellschaft zu bekämpfen: Lebensmittelverschwendung.
Mit diesem Ziel vor Augen ist es deine Hauptaufgabe unser Customer Success Team und die Prozesse zum Onboarding, der Betreuung und dem Ausbau unserer Kunden zu leiten. Dabei arbeitest du auch eng mit unserem Tech-Team sowie unserem Sales Team zusammen, mit dem Ziel der bestmöglichen Kundenzufriedenheit.

Aufgaben
- Strategische und operative Leitung und Entwicklung unseres Customer Success Team
- Aufbau eines transparenten, zuverlässigen und skalierbaren Teams für Customer Success
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Tech-Team und Sales-Team, um als Sprachrohr unserer Kunden die Weiterentwicklung unseres Produktes für die bestmögliche Customer Experience zu sorgen
- Verantwortung für die Kundenbindung und -entwicklung und damit auch für die Gespräche mit unseren Bestandskunden
- Strategische Entwicklung von Delicious Data als Teil des Management-Teams
Qualifikation
- Du hast 4-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Customer Success Management/Sales, bestenfalls für ein B2B-SaaS-Unternehmen und Kommunikation mit C-Level-Entscheidern ist nichts neues für dich.
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung als Team Lead und warst bereits für Kollegen verantwortlich.
- Du bist motiviert Kolleginnen als Leader and Mentor zur Seite zu stehen und ihre Entwicklung zu fördern.
- Du weißt, dass offene Kommunikation wichtig ist und kannst sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch fließend kommunizieren.
- Du liebst es, neue Menschen kennenzulernen, Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen und dein Netzwerk zu pflegen.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, erfolgsorientiert, sorgfältig und mit hoher Motivation.
- Du denkst Kunden
- und lösungsorientiert und bist überdurchschnittlich engagiert.
- Du hast Freude daran, Menschen von Nachhaltigkeit zu begeistern.
