Wir, bei CARSYNC, suchen einen motivierten und erfahrenen Head of Growth, der unsere B2B SaaS Plattform vorantreibt und gleichzeitig Verantwortung für den Bereich Sales und Growth übernimmt.

Als Head of Growth (m/w/d) und Mitglied im Leadership-Team bei CARSYNC übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Steigerung unseres Kundenstamms, der Umsatzgenerierung und dem Aufbau unseres Growth Teams. Du berichtest direkt an unserem Geschäftsführer.

Aufgaben
- Strategy: Du definierst und verantwortest die Growth

Strategie für die Customer Touchpoints online und direct Sales, Onboarding, Support sowie Cross-/Upselling
- Leadership: Du bist verantwortlich für den Aufbau und die Entwicklung von Sales und Marketing. Du entwickelst die Potenziale deines Teams weiter und unterstützt es bei der Umsetzung der Wachstums
- und Umsatzziele
- Marketing: Du verantwortest das Inbound Marketing, inklusive der Entwicklung und Optimierung unserer Website und anderer Marketingkanäle, um qualifizierte Leads zu generieren und das Wachstum voranzutreiben
- Product: Als Head of Growth begleitest du die Definition von Pruduct Vision, Product Strategy und Product Roadmap
- Innovation: Du digitalisierst und automatisierst die Growth-Prozesse, um performant und effizient die Growth-Strategie umzusetzen
- Customer: Du begleitest mit deinem Team die

Implementierung / das Onboarding bei Neukunden und behältst unsere Revenue Retention Ziele bei Bestandskunden im Blick
- Performance: Du optimierst und steigerst die Performance unserer Sales-Teams, indem du das Wachstum und den Erfolg unserer B2B SaaS Plattform kontinuierlich durch Analysen, Tracking und KPI-Messungen begleitest

Qualifikation
- Studium: Wirtschaftsingenieur, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Leadership: Ausgeprägte Leadership Skills, um Sales Teams zu motivieren und zu entwickeln
- Erfahrung: Mindestens 5 Jahre in Sales für SaaS Plattformen oder Tech-Produkten sowie nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz in der Generierung von Wachstum und Umsatzsteigerung. Erfahrung im Aufbau und Wachstum von Sales-Teams ist von Vorteil
- Tools: Fundierte Kenntnisse in HubSpot, Office, Excel, Powerpoint, SharePoint, Teams und Confluence
- Methoden: Sichere Anwendung von OKR, Scrum, Design Thinking und Verständnis für Digital Funnel Building sowie die Anwendung von Growth Hacks
- Mindset: Agile, belastbar, kommunikativ, performant und lösungsorientiert
- Sprachen: Deutsch fließend und verhandlungssicher, sichere Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Strategie: Starkes strategisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, eine ganzheitliche Growth-Strategie zu entwickeln und umzusetzen
