**Zusammenfassung der Stelle**:
Als Sales Development Specialist (SDS) bist du für die ersten Phasen des Verkaufszyklus verantwortlich. Du führst Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen durch, um die Verkaufspipeline für Produkte und Dienstleistungen von ZOLL Medical zu erweitern.

Du wirst eng mit unserem Marketingspezialisten zusammenarbeiten, um den Erfolg der Marketingkampagnen zur Lead-Generierung voranzutreiben und aktiv Leads durch Kaltakquise zu generieren, um die Pipeline für den Public Safety Markt zu vergrößern.

**Wesentliche Funktionen**:

- Identifizierung und Qualifizierung von Chancen aus Lead-Generierungsaktivitäten, eingehenden Produktanfragen und Outbound-Calling-Kampagnen in definierten Zielgruppen
- Identifizierung und Entwicklung von Schlüsselkontakten und Entscheidungsträgern bei potenziellen Kunden
- Anwendung eines beratenden Verkaufsansatzes, um das Geschäft und die Bedürfnisse der Kunden zu bewerten und zu verstehen
- Rechtzeitige und genaue Dateneingabe aller relevanten Kundeninformationen in die ZOLL CRM-Datenbank
- Recherche und Akquise von potenziellen neuen Business Partnern in Abstimmung mit dem Territory Manager (TM)
- Support des TM im Bereich der Kommunikationsaufbereitung mit dem Customer Service und Supply Chain Management
- Support des TM im Bereich der Aus-/ und Weiterbildung der Business Partner in der Anwendung und Präsentation unserer Produkte

**Anforderungen an Erfahrung / Fähigkeiten**:

- BS/BA-Abschluss oder gleichwertiger Abschluss
- Idealerweise erst Erfahrung in den Bereichen Inside Sales, Lead Development oder Account Management, um Beziehungen zu einem breiten Spektrum von Kunden/Klienten über Telefon und E-Mail aufzubauen.
- Sehr gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten
Ausgezeichnete Telefon
- und Computerkenntnisse (MS Office Suite)
- Fähigkeit, auf Anweisung individuell zu arbeiten und die Zeit effizient zu verwalten
- Entwicklung einer organisierten täglichen Routine zur Überprüfung von Leads, Durchführung von ausgehenden Anrufen und Beantwortung von Kunden-E-Mails
- Energetisch, kreativ, motiviert, zielorientiert und teamfähig
- Frühere Erfahrungen mit Salesforce oder anderen CRM-Anwendungen sind von Vorteil
- Fließendes Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Reisbereitschaft: 20%
