**Services Sales Specialist**:
We are looking for a Services Sales Specialist as the main interface between Services Sales and the Technical departments within the delivering business units.

As Services Sales Specialist, you will be the central interface between Tetra Pak departments and the Services Account Manager. In this role you will be a member of the extended Account team. You will cooperate closely with the Account Managers on technical services or within a special services category. Your main task will be understanding customer needs to create a fully comprehensive quotation including the corresponding calculation. You will present solutions to customers and work closely together with Sales Support within the various business units, focusing always on the customer. Operational customer responsibility can also be considered, such as project management for larger services projects.

In this permanent role you will be **based in Hochheim, Germany**, and **travel up to ca. 25% of your working time**.

**What you will do**:
As Services Sales Specialist you will be responsible for:

- Preparation of technical solutions such as maintenance concepts
- Preparation and drafting of concept and budget proposals, detailed calculations, final offers and budgets and follow-up of implementation
- Opportunity Management
- Negotiating and closing deals with selected customers
- Participation in the creation, implementation and follow-up of sales plans in collaboration with account team
- Proactively handling inquiries in your defined area of responsibility
- Participation in implementation plans in collaboration with Portfolio/ Portfolio Team
- Post-calculation for performed services projects
- Identifying customer needs within area of expertise and matching appropriate Tetra Pak solutions, demonstrating benefits of Tetra Pak solutions
- Participation in increasing customer satisfaction and profitability in the service business with the customer and internally
- Taking responsibility and driving execution of maintenance projects and proposals and their collateral work

**Who you are**:
We believe you have:

- University Bachelor (preferably in Engineering or Business administration or equivalent)
- Written and spoken language skills in German and English
- Sales and customer care skills
- At least 5 year experience in Services or food plant engineering
- Technical experience or as project manager preferred
- Proactive, resilient, and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as in team
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change smoothly
