Als Regionalleiter/in für Geschäftsentwicklung Wind, Solarenergie und Speicher Süd entwickeln Sie proaktiv das Wind-, Solar
- und BESS-Geschäft in Deutschland und konzentrieren sich auf die Unternehmensziele. Sie sind direkt verantwortlich für das Wachstum, die Rentabilität und die strategische Ausrichtung des Unternehmens. Diese Position erfordert regelmäßige Reisen innerhalb Deutschlands.

Zu den Hauptaufgaben, die Sie verwalten werden, gehören:

- Leitung, Entwicklung, Wachstum und Management eines vielfältigen Teams von qualifizierten und motivierten Geschäftsentwicklern für die Region Süd (Bayern, Baden-Württemberg)
- Koordination aller Geschäftsentwicklungstätigkeiten in Ihrer Region für Greenfield
- und Brownfield-Projekte, M&A und Ko-Entwicklungen
- Ausbau des Projektpools durch eigene Geschäftsentwicklungstätigkeiten
- Unterstützung der Geschäftsentwickler in ihrem Tagesgeschäft
- Leitung des Teams zur Identifizierung, Bewertung, Entwicklung und Verwaltung von Projektchancen bis zur Übergabe an das Projektmanagement. Sicherstellung eines gefüllten Projektpools zur Erreichung der deutschen Ursprungsziele
- Gewährleistung einer engen Zusammenarbeit mit allen internen und externen Projektbeteiligten
