Zu Ihren Verantwortlichkeiten gehören, unter anderem, die Folgenden:
- Führung des Quality Teams Deutschland
- Etablierung eines hochmodernen Qualitätsmanagement-Systems, das die gesamte Geschäftsstrategie unterstützt und mit dem globalen Sandoz-Qualitätsmanagement System und allen geltenden regulatorischen Anforderungen in Deutschland übereinstimmt
- Sicherstellung, dass alle internen und externen Dienstleister/Lieferanten oder Partner (z. B. Co-Marketing, Co-Distribution) angemessen qualifiziert sind und dass Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten in Qualitätsvereinbarungen definiert sind
- Sicherstellung, dass relevante Qualitätsdokumente in Ihrer Verantwortung zeitnah und konform verfügbar sind (Qualitätsplan, Qualitätsrisikobewertung usw.)
- Regelmäßige Überprüfung und Bewertung der wichtigsten Qualitätsindikatoren und Gewährleistung der Einhaltung der internen und externen Anforderungen
- Sicherstellung regelmäßiger Updates der Sandoz Geschäftsführung über die allgemeine GxP-Compliance (Annual Quality Management Reviews)
- Zentraler Ansprechpartner für die Gesundheitsbehörde in Bezug auf die Meldung von Produktfehlern, das FMD-Alarmmanagement und möglicher sowie proaktiver Aufbau/Pflege einer vertrauensvollen Zusammenarbeit mit den Gesundheitsbehörden
- Durchführung erfolgreicher regulatorischer GxP-Inspektionen und interner Audits der Sandoz Landesorganisation
- Sicherstellung eines robusten Performance-Managements, um die Produktivität im gesamten Unternehmen zu optimieren; aktives Mentoring und Coaching von Mitarbeitern auf allen Ebenen. Effizienzsteigerungen durch das Vorantreiben von Innovations
- und Operational Excellence-Projekten
- Rekrutierung und Entwicklung von Talenten in der Organisation, die eine vielfältige und integrative Kultur unterstützen.

**Minimum Requirements**:
**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Master-Abschluss oder gleichwertiger 4-jähriger Universitätsabschluss in einem wissenschaftlichen oder technologischen Bereich; Promotion vorteilhaft
- 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie in den Bereichen Commercial Quality / Quality Operations / Manufacturing / Development.
- Expertenwissen der GxP-Vorschriften großer Gesundheitsbehörden
- Vorherige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Qualitätsmanagementsystemen inkl. Compliance & Auditing und Umgang mit Gesundheitsbehörden
- Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu der Geschäftsleitung und anderen Geschäftsinteressengruppen aufzubauen. Nachgewiesener Geschäftssinn und die Fähigkeit, die Bedürfnisse der Stakeholder zu identifizieren und den Kommunikationsstil anzupassen
- Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, organisatorische Veränderungen in komplexen Matrixumgebungen zu initiieren und voranzutreiben. Fähigkeit, andere durch Veränderungen zu führen, effektiv mit Widerständen umzugehen und organisatorisches Engagement sicherzustellen. Fähigkeit, Veränderungen in der gesamten Organisation zu beeinflussen und voranzutreiben / zu erleichtern.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikation, Verhandlung, Beratung / Moderation und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich), zusätzliche Sprache(n) von Vorteil
