**Purpose of the role**:
The P&O Head Subcluster is responsible for the People and Organization agenda for the Subcluster Level (1.000 FTEs, net sales revenue: $440 m USD) by advising, coaching, and influencing leadership teams to help implement the near and longer-term business strategy and plans. Applies P&O consulting skills with data driven and external market insights to deliver an organizational aligned workforce strategy with talent interventions that span diversity and inclusion; talent management; organization design and effectiveness; culture; transformation and change; and employee experience. Ensures implementation of the Global/Regional/Cluster projects in the Sub-cluster. Leads Sub-cluster initiatives to align organizational culture with business objectives and enhance employee effectiveness and development

**Your key responsibilities**:
**Your responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Advises and coaches business leaders and functional teams on strategic and operational execution in all areas of the employee lifecycle, including team effectiveness, change management, organizational design, performance management, talent, retention, and engagement
- Supports line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with the business strategy
- Overlooks recruitment and selection activities, ensuring that properly qualified employees are recruited and hired in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Ensures that a strong leadership and coaching culture permeates the Sub-cluster, that fosters fairness and open communication among employees and values individual differences
- Coaches management to provide employees with development opportunities and ensures that they are able to meet current and future performance standards
- Manages compensation programs and benefit plans to ensure a competitive total compensation structure that attracts, motivates, and retains best-qualified employees
- Leads, coaches and develops a team of P&O professionals within the Subcluster
- Provides Hands on support to the small countries with no P&O on the ground support
- Act as Span breaker for the Cluster

Minimum Requirements

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- University / advanced degree in Business, P&O or similar disciplines. Master preferred.
- 5-10 years of P&O business partnering experience acquired in a variety of roles
- Experience both in local P&O and above country roles, with proven impact and accomplishments
- Practical and proven accomplishments in the areas of talent acquisition, talent management, leadership and change management establishment and development of P&O teams
- Ability to understand, incorporate and successfully work within and between multiple different cultural contexts
- Coordination of core P&O processes and services (e.g. payroll)
- English: fluent is a must
- Additional European language a plus
