- Are you ready to make a difference?**Your Key Responsibilities**:
To lead the global legal support to Sandoz Business in the Antirust Area. To provide thought leadership and utilize high-level expertise in substantive area to influence the business within or across companies. To influence and train other Legal colleagues in relation to the substantive area. To advise and act as a strategic partner to leaders within business and colleagues on issues arising within substantive area, and to drive business solutions linked to expertise in the field. To contribute own expertise to the development of Company’s operational and strategic objectives.**Your responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Lead the development and implementation of the legal Antitrust strategy and contribute to the development of the organization’s business strategy.
- Provide legal leadership on issues across Global and Local functions by providing pro-active, in-depth, business focused advice and counsel, including supporting on M&A and BD transactions.
- Provide substantive legal counsel to senior management and the Legal Function as a whole.
- Identify legal framework developments, aligning and promoting consistency of approach in legal matters between Company’s units.
- Counsel senior-level executives and business teams within other functions on complex and sensitive legal and business issues, interact with other functions to support Business Partner training and counsel non-Legal associates, and lead or contribute to both formal and informal teams in provision of legal expertise.
- Anticipate and maintains up-to-date knowledge of current laws relevant to own substantive area to provide strategic advice and foster compliance.
- Lead the development of and counsel on appropriate Company’s policies in connection with substantive area.

**Minimum requirements**
- Law degree
- Proven track record of successfully managing and advising on antitrust issues in multi-disciplinary and international setting Experience in leading Legal function for a global unit or a very large region or a country across divisions is a plus.
- 10+ years of legal experience at a government competition authority, law firm, or multinational company (ideally in health care sector)
- Expertise in antitrust and competition law, including compliance training, complex transactions, antitrust filings, counseling, investigations, and litigation
- Fluency in English, with strong verbal and writing skills
