Im Bereich Market Access sind wir der zuverlässige Partner und strategische Think Tank für unsere internen und externen Kunden mit Fokus auf die Erstellung von Erfolgskonzepten für optimalen Marktzugang sowie die Mitgestaltung der Rahmenbedingungen in unserem dynamischen Gesundheitssystem, um unserem übergeordneten Versorgungsauftrag für Patienten bestmöglich gerecht zu werden.**Ihre Aufgaben**:
Als Head Health Policy tragen Sie die Verantwortung für folgende Themen:
- Gesundheitspolitische Positionierung der gesamten Sandoz Gruppe Deutschland
- Durchsetzung von gesundheitspolitischen Forderungen bei Gesundheits
- und Wirtschaftsministerien mit positiven und nachhaltigen Effekten auf die Unternehmensgruppe
- Analyse und Kommentierung von Gesetzgebungsverfahren in Zusammenarbeit mit den Verbandsgremien und Ableitung von strategischen Handlungsfeldern für das Unternehmen
- Tiefgehendes fachliches Verständnis von untergesetzlichen Regulierungen, Verfahren und Richtlinien, die einen Einfluss auf die Generika
- und Biosimilar-Industrie haben, begleitend enges Netzwerk zu nationalen Institutionen wie dem G-BA oder auch dem GKV Spitzenverband
- Beratung von Marketing und Vertrieb, insbesondere Produktmanagement im Hinblick auf die politischen und sozialrechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen im deutschen Gesundheitswesen und deren operative Umsetzung im Unternehmen
- Proaktive Einbringung von Unternehmensinteressen und Lenkung in deren Richtung bei Verbänden und Meinungsbildnern im deutschen Gesundheitswesen
- Begleitung und Projektberatung zur Durchführung von Managed Care-Projekten und Studien in enger Abstimmung Ihres Teams mit Medical und den Businessfunktionen
- Erarbeitung von Strategien zur optimalen Positionierung der Pipelineprodukte hinsichtlich Arzneimittelbewertungen und Erstattungsgrundlagen
- Mitarbeiterführung

**Minimum Requirements**:
**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium, (der Naturwissenschaften, Politikwissenschaften, Jura oder BWL/VWL) und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einschlägigen Positionen des deutschen Gesundheitswesens (Selbstverwaltung, Verbände, Unternehmen, Leistungserbringer, etc.)
- Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher (mind. C1)
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, mit Kenntnissen in Medizin, Marketing, BWL, Recht
- Umfassendes Netzwerk von Kontakten im Gesundheitswesen, genaue Kenntnisse des deutschen Gesundheitssystems und Pharmamarktes
- Nachgewiesene Expertise zu gesundheitsökonomischen Versorgungsprojekten und Evaluationsmethoden
- Führungserfahrung, analytisches, eigenständiges Arbeiten, hohes Kommunikationsvermögen
