- 2023 will see Sandoz become a standalone organization As a global market leader in Generics and Biosimilar medicine, Sandoz is stepping forward from a position of strength
- You are the first point of contact for your internal colleagues for all topics related to the handling and organization of events (internal/external/ congress). You are responsible for the code-compliant organization of congresses and events in close cooperation with the ERC team. You will be responsible for the personal supervision of events on site including the coordination and management of suppliers.**Your key responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Close exchange with your internal colleagues relating to:

- Forward-looking budget
- and year planning of F2F, hybrid and virtual events
- Governance of project-specific supplier, especially of the external event agency
- Intense interface management of our internal departments
- Adherence and securing of quality standards and its progress- Data quality: Managing and monitoring of external and internal data capture
- Coordination of external event managers (during planning phase, execution, and follow-up) and securing an efficient, timely and high standard work progress in accordance with internal guidelines
- Constant development and implementation of internal processes
- Cross departmental involvement of local and global initiatives

- Codex compliant organization of congresses and events in close collaboration with the ERC team
- Governance and quality management of external event agency

**Minimum Requirements**:
**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Successfully completed study within the event management or comparable apprenticeship
- At least 8 years of professional experience in the realization of large and /or comprehensive events (F2F, hybrid and virtual)
- Fluent in English and German
- Experience within the pharmaceutical industy
- Capability of finding a solution path, independently, of complex tasks.
- Accurate, precise and efficient way of working
- Very good communication skills and strong project
- and time management
- High competence within the digital field (MS Teams, streaming and green screen solutions)
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility and resilience
- Intercultural competenece
- SAP and Veeva knowledge
