- DNV MEDCERT is an accredited Certification Body for ISO 13485, recognised auditing organization under MDSAP and approved Notified Body for Medical Devices Regulation. Our
**Customer Service** is responsible for securing the contracts with our existing customers, which includes following tasks:

- Management of a permanently assigned international customer base
- On-schedule, smooth implementation of relevant activities in the certification process
- Preparation and follow-up of certification audits, including travel planning and booking
- Contact person for our customers, auditors and technical experts
- Creation of certificates and other administrative activities
- We are offering a part-time position, approx. 20h/ week.

Position Qualifications:

- Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Relevant experience in a certification company or in quality management
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Service-minded, customer-oriented, positive and have a high sense of ownership
- Bachelor's degree will be an asset
