**Job Description**:
The healthcare sector is undergoing a digital shift challenging the status quo. Data & analytics is becoming a key enabler of business decisions. Our company is expanding its analytics capabilities to address this transformation. For our team in Munich we are looking for an experienced Digital & Data Technologist (M/F/d) who will bring his/her mindset, skillset and love for data in helping the business to better understand our customers and their needs.

You will be part of the growing and open-minded Human Health IT team. Drive the management of data and influence business decisions by extracting insights from data You will cooperate closely with the Business Data & Analytics Team and will contribute to the overall orchestration of Data and it’s Visualitsation.

Our Digital team is innovating how we understand our patients and their needs. Working cross functionally we are inventing new ways of communicating, measuring and interacting with our customers and patients through digital channels and technologies.

**The Primary Activities are**
- Lead the overall data management in terms integration, architecture and quality
- Understand and clarify business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
- Design and evolve a German market data warehouse extension of a global platformto enable data visualization, data science and ad-hoc analysis
- Collaborate close with local and regional Qlik Sense dashboard development team to find the optimal solution in regards to data transformation and dashboard performance
- Manage the data warehouse development backlog and lead external developers working it
- Design and implement data quality management solutions in strong alignment with global capabilities and standards
- Support compliance with our Company’s cyber security standards and Software Development Lifecycle management methodology, as well as architectural standards.
- Provide support to existing and future IT and data platforms and deployment of integrated solutions.
- Keep up market trends and new use cases for design, data models, and analytics and suggests evolution of the architecture.
- You work closely with the regional and global Digital Technologist community, and contribute to platform solution working with cross regional teams (IT Tech centers)

**Ideal Skillset and Experience**:

- 10+ years of experience in IT technical analysis, data warehouse and interface development and testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Science or Business is required.
- Extensive experience with AWS Cloud technologies, specifically experience with Redshift
- Advanced knowledge of Postgre(s) SQL or alternatively PL/SQL.
- Deep understanding of data modelling and preparation of optimal data structures for both reporting layers and data warehouses.
- Experience with Visualisation tools such as Qlik Sense.
- Good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, ideally experience working with and setting up JIRA and Confluence.
- Strategic thinking and Ability to prioritize, align and simplify.
- Quick learner who is passionate about technology and flexible to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to navigate matrix organizations and comfortable to deal with ambiguity and adapt to changes for continuous improvement of IT Products.
- Motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Business fluency in English (C1/C2). Other European languages are a plus.
