**Gestalten Sie Zukunft mit uns**:
- **Interne/externe Kommunikation**: Erstellen und Optimieren der internen und externen Kommunikation. Darunter fallen u.a. Präsentationen für den CIO Public Markets und konzerninterne Geschäftsführer
- und Aufsichtsratssitzungen (inkl. Dokumentation relevanter Entscheidungen & Ergebnisse).
- Konzeption und Durchführung von Workshops für Führungskräfte in Public Markets.
- **Projekte**: Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung, Koordination, Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung von strategischen Projekten im Verantwortungsbereich des MEAG CIO Public Markets..
- **Recherchen und Analysen**: Einarbeiten in neue Sachverhalte und Kommunikation von Kerninhalten zu allgemeinen und strategischen Themen
- **Entscheidungsvorbereitung**: Umfassende Vorarbeiten für das Treffen komplexer Management-Entscheidungen unter Einbindung verschiedenster unternehmensweiter Stakeholder
- **ESG**: Mitwirkung bei den globalen ESG Projekten als Multiplikator und Hauptansprechperson für agile Transformationsprozesse in Public Market Bereich.
- **Zusammenarbeit mit dem Leadership Team** mit dem Fokus auf die kontinuierliche Verbesserungen von Geschäftsprozessen, inkl. übergreifende Portfolioplanung in enger Abstimmung mit dem CIO und anderen Public Markets Führungskräften
Als Public Markets Strategist steuern Sie das interne und externe Stakeholdermanagement des Geschäftsbereichs und leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag die Zukunft der MEAG zu gestalten und entscheidende Meilensteine der Unternehmensentwicklung zu erreichen. Sie erhalten in Ihrer engen Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung spannende Einblicke in den Geschäftsbereich Public Markets und in die gesamte MEAG. Zudem sind Sie die erste Anlaufstelle für den CIO und stehen im engen Austausch mit leitenden Führungskräften.
**Das bringen Sie ein**:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften
- Idealerweise ab 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung im Bereich Prozessmanagement in einer vergleichbaren Einheit einer Versicherung eines Kreditinstitutes oder einer Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft
- Strukturierte Persönlichkeit mit exzellenten analytischen Fähigkeiten, einem ausgeprägtem Prozessdenken und schneller Auffassungsgabe
- Problemlösungskompetenz, Umsetzungsstärke sowie selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Engagement und Einsatzbereitschaft sowie innovatives Denken und Neugier
- Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, souveränes Auftreten und hohe Sozialkompetenz
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office Anwendungen
