**Product PR Specialist (M/F/d)**:
**Role Summary**:
As the Product PR Specialist (M/F/d), you will play a pivotal role in executing impactful PR programs while nurturing strong relationships with press agencies, media planners, and event organizers. In this dynamic position, you will also oversee the organization and maintenance of company-related press materials to ensure seamless communication and brand alignment.
**We want you to**:
- Provide support to internal and external stakeholders, including executives from the technical and design center, product teams, and the Director of PR
- Gather information, conduct initial analyses, and summarize findings in useful reports to support team and departmental objectives
- Handle various internal and external ad-hoc requests promptly and efficiently
- Perform administrative, operational, and technical tasks in alignment with Hyundai policies, under the guidance of the Line Manager
- Adapt to change with a willingness to learn and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop creative ideas for positioning Hyundai products in European markets, focusing on market launches, product enhancements, media events, and lifecycle communications
- Plan and execute media events and activations across Europe, including product launches, press conferences, and storytelling campaigns
- Coordinate with agencies on event planning and PR activities to ensure alignment with communication strategies
- Implement communication plans for Hyundai models, emphasizing both launch and lifecycle activations to sustain engagement
- Work closely with European markets to ensure alignment on PR and communication activities with the Corporate & Brand PR Team
- Craft compelling stories, press releases, data sheets, and other materials to highlight Hyundai models and innovations
- Manage media cooperation and PR campaigns focused on Hyundai products, ensuring impactful messaging
- Plan, coordinate, and produce content and assets for European media outreach, including press kits, newsroom stories, and product information
- Tailor communication strategies to suit market-specific needs across Europe for maximum relevance and impact
- Collaborate with local PR teams to align messaging, share best practices, and ensure consistency in communication efforts
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends, leveraging insights to identify new opportunities for communication and engagement
**About you**:
- 2-3 years of experience in PR or communications, gained in an agency or corporate PR department
- Strong foundation in PR practices, including writing press releases, creating speaker briefings, and contributing to PR strategies
- Hands-on experience in media management and working with journalists
- Background in project management, with the ability to manage tasks in a structured and organized way to meet deadlines
- First-hand experience in the automotive industry, with enthusiasm for cars and technical topics
- Degree in communications, media studies, or a related field
- Demonstrated creativity, strong communication skills, teamwork, and a proactive, hands-on approach
- Commitment, quick learning ability, initiative, and a sense of responsibility
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken), with intercultural understanding and empathy
- High interest in the automotive industry and passion for cars
