**Project Management Specialist (M/F/d)**:
At Genesis CCO Team, our team operates under the direct leadership of the Chief Creative Officer, whose visionary goal is to infuse Genesis brand with the exhilaration and excitement it deserves.

**General Responsibilities**:
- Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing projects related to concept vehicle production, communication asset creation, and other marketing initiatives.
- Concept Vehicle Prototype Development: Supporting the end-to-end process of concept vehicle prototype production, including coordinating with designers, engineers, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely delivery and quality execution.
- Communication Asset Creation: Collaborate with creative teams to develop marketing communication assets such as images, videos, digital content, and advertising materials.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, sales and NSC operations to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Resource Management: Effectively allocate resources, including budget, personnel, and materials, to ensure the successful execution of marketing projects.
- Timeline Management: Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring that all milestones and deadlines are met.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with marketing projects and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on all marketing materials and assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and suppliers involved in marketing project execution.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and track the performance of marketing projects, providing regular updates to stakeholders on key metrics and KPIs.
**Core Deliverables**:
- Support the preparation of communication material to support brand activities for best business performance
- Support the preparation & implementation of campaigns and events within approved plan to promote the brand and its products
**_About you:_**:
**Education & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Business Administration, marketing communication, engineering or comparable formal qualification and/or related degree
- Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience working in a marketing management, preferable in the automotive industry
- Experience in overall project management, inclusive of budget management, post analysis reporting and recommendations for improvement back to management level
**Competencies**:
- Thorough understanding of automotive Marketing operations and processes
- Superior understanding of Marketing KPI’s and their usage in evaluating marketing performance
- International experience, excellent intercultural/interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English
- Open-minded and flexible to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Good organizational skills, task oriented, pays close attention to details while exposed to numerous interruptions
- Good understanding of Genesis culture, values and strategy
- Knowledge of Genesis concept/retail model lines, standards, processes
- Willingness to overseas travel for content creation, events, meetings, workshops and trainings
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent presentation skills & techniques
- Self-motivator who can work independently of supervision
- Team oriented working attitude
