**Über die Position**
- Sie bearbeiten die Ersatzteilanfragen unserer Kunden, identifizieren die benötigten Teile und Komponenten, kalkulieren Preise, erstellen Ersatzteil-Angebote und klären alle technischen und kaufmännischen Fragen mit unseren Kunden ab.
- Beratung von Kunden in technischen Fragestellungen rund um die Lösung
- Kundenaufträge annehmen, prüfen und in SAP eingeben/registrieren
- Auftragsbestätigungen erstellen und dem Kunden zustellen
- CRM-Pflege
- Konditionsprüfung (Bsp. Sondervereinbarungen)
- Rechnungserstellung
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen (z.B. Finance, Vertrieb )
- Kundenreklamationen bearbeiten
- Rücklieferungen bearbeiten
- Gutschriften erstellen (Kunde)
- PR (Purchase Requisition) erstellen
- Artikelstammpflege (Artikelanlage, Pflege, Preiskalkulationen)

**Was Sie brauchen, um erfolgreich zu sein**
- Mehrjährige Konstruktionserfahrung im Bereich Sondermaschinenbau
- Erfolgreicher Abschluss als Maschinenbauingenieur FH / TH oder vergleichbar
- Technischer Hintergrund im Bereich der Produktionslogistik und Fördertechnik / Materialflusslogistik wünschenswert
- Sicherer Umgang mit Inventor/ AutoCAD
- Kenntnisse in SAP und Steuerungstechnik von Vorteil
- Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Selbständige, zielorientierte und systematische Arbeitsweise
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe bei technisch komplexen Aufgabenstellungen
- Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Lieferanten und Kunden
- Spaß an neuen Herausforderungen
- Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
