**Über die Rolle**:

- Du bist für die Entwicklung und Implementierung unserer Operations Excellence Strategie und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen sowie Professionalisierung der Prozesse an allen Standorten in Deutschland zuständig, insbesondere im Bereich Installation
- Zusammen mit unserem Operations Director und dem Team des zentralen COOs in Schweden definierst Du Standards, implementierst Prozesse und machst unsere Operations zu den effizientesten in der Branche
- Du führst ein Team aus Operations Excellence Coaches an unseren Standorten, die Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten identifizieren und Projekte zur Standardisierung, Automatisierung oder Professionalisierung unserer Arbeitsabläufe durchführen
- Du definierst KPIs, machst Arbeitsabläufe messbar und schaffst Prozesse
- Du beschäftigst Dich mit technischen Neuheiten, Werkzeugen oder Software, mit denen unsere Teams noch effizienter oder ressourcenschonender arbeiten können
- Du tauschst dich mit unseren internationalen Teams in Italien, England und Schweden zu Best Practise und Veränderungen aus

**Was Du mitbringen solltest**:

- Führungserfahrung im Bereich Operations, Produktion oder Heizungsbau in einem dynamischen Umfeld
- Einen Master im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Produktionstechnik oder vergleichbar
- Erfahrungen im Bereich Lean Management, Qualitätsmanagement, Six Sigma oder in der Verbesserung betrieblicher Abläufe
- Eigenständige, proaktive Arbeitsweise und Umsetzungsorientierung
- Hervorragende analytische Fähigkeiten und sehr gute Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
