**DEINE AUFGABEN**:
- On
- und Offboardings von Teammitgliedern zu unseren Customer Service Tools
- Optimieren und Automatisieren von Self-Service-Prozessen zur Senkung der Kontaktrate unserer Kunden
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Head of Customer Service zur Erstellung von. Dashboards zu den wichtigsten KPIs
- Erstellung einer Datengrundlage zur Serviceoptimierung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Training
- und Quality Teams sowie Customer Service Managern
- Schichtplanoptimierung
- Erstellung von Reports für andere interne und externe Stakeholder
**DEIN PROFIL**:
- Mindestens 1 Jahr relevante Berufserfahrung als Tool
- oder Data Expert im Bereich Customer Service
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit Zendesk
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken
- Blick für die Balance zwischen unseren Zielen und den Interessen unserer Kunden
- Neugier und Proaktivität in Bezug auf neue Tools und Methoden
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Daten aufzubereiten und einem breitem Publikum zugänglich zu machen
- Englischkenntnisse (ab B1)
