Are you a construction professional ready to take the next step into a customer-facing, technology-driven role? Our client is a high-growth SaaS company transforming construction management. Their platform automates on-site progress tracking, giving construction teams the tools to plan smarter, improve efficiency, and reduce delays — helping clients unlock measurable value on every project. As Customer Success Manager, you’ll play a central role in onboarding, implementing, and ensuring the successful adoption of the platform across multiple construction projects. You’ll act as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with product, technical, and account teams to help clients get the most out of the technology and ensure long-term value and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic advisory to maximise adoption, implementation, and ROI across multiple construction projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with client champions, promoting the customer voice internally. Lead onboarding of new users, driving seamless adoption and providing training for on-site teams. Capture insights from platform usage and feedback to inform the product roadmap. Deliver measurable value and document customer success stories to support account growth. Work closely with the customer success team to refine delivery, update playbooks, and embed best practices. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure project data integrity and platform alignment as projects evolve. About You: Experience in construction, preferably site-based (Project Manager, Site Engineer, Project Controller, or similar). Experience in a customer-facing B2B role (Sales, Customer Success, Business Development), ideally within software or tech. Comfortable with change management and continuous process improvement. Strong stakeholder management skills, engaging with senior and junior team members alike. Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Independent and solution-oriented, taking full ownership of client relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain complex concepts clearly and adapt to different audiences. Willingness to travel up to 40% across Germany. Based in Germany. Why Join?
