Administrative Support Location: Munich, Germany Contract: 11 months (possible extension) Working Hours: 40 per week Role Type: Onsite, 5 days/week We are looking for an Administrative Support to manage the distribution and collection of devices for internal testing across the EMEA region. This role is key to ensuring smooth logistics and efficient inventory operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in technical operations and inventory management within a global technology environment. You will work with cutting-edge devices before they reach the market. Key Responsibilities Device Management & Distribution Coordinate global device distribution and collection for testing programs Prepare devices (configuration, packaging, dispatch) Track device movement using inventory systems Perform physical and virtual inventory audits Maintain accurate records of device status and location Logistics & Documentation Prepare shipping documentation (air waybills, labels, customs paperwork) Coordinate shipments across EMEA Process incoming and outgoing shipments Troubleshoot basic technical and logistical issues Administrative & Reporting Submit daily task reports Maintain office systems and documentation Collaborate with internal teams and leadership Support operational processes and team activities Technical Requirements Basic troubleshooting skills Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to learn proprietary inventory systems No specific certifications required Required Qualifications Experience in logistics and inventory management Basic to intermediate experience in shipping operations English proficiency (C1 level, written and verbal) German language skills are a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
