Operational Excellence Manager Europe

Für unsere Business Unit Tubular Glass suchen wir einen erfahrenen und engagierten Operational Excellence Manager (m/w/d), der insbesondere unsere europäischen und asiatischen Standorte unterstützt und Verbesserungsprozesse vorantreibt. Diese Position bietet die Möglichkeit sich in 2 bis 3 Jahren in die Funktion einer Werksleitung (m/w/d) weiterzuentwickeln . Leitung und Organisation kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozesse an Produktionsstandorten in Europa und Asien mit dem Fokus auf Qualität, Prozessfähigkeit und COPQ Reduktion Durchführung und Unterstützung diverser, zum Teil werksübergreifender (Lean-) Projekte Datenanalyse, Planung und Realisierung von Verbesserungsprojekten Stabilisierung von Produktionsprozessen und Einführung von Arbeits- und Prozessstandards sowie Lean Six Sigma Tool Schaffung einer dynamischen und auf stetige Verbesserung ausgelegten Arbeitskultur Regelmäßige Berichterstattung und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Business Unit Leiter Qualifikationen
Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium im Ingenieurswesen oder ein vergleichbarer Werdegang Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Operational Excellence inkl. der Führung und Umsetzung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozesse und der Vereinheitlichung von Arbeitsstandards Fundierte Erfahrung im Projekt Management auf regionaler und globaler Ebene Geübter Umgang mit Lean Six Sigma und Lean Manufacturing Methoden Problemlösungsorientierte und strategische Denkweise Starke Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten sowie eine Hands-On Mentalität Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Bereitschaft für regelmäßige Dienstreisen zu unseren Produktionsstandorten Zusätzliche Informationen
