Operational Excellence Manager Europe: Führungskraft für kontinuierliche Verbesserung

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen und engagierten Operational Excellence Manager (m/w/d), der unsere europäischen und asiatischen Standorte unterstützt und Verbesserungsprozesse vorantreibt. Diese Position bietet die Möglichkeit sich in 2 bis 3 Jahren in die Funktion einer Werksleitung (m/w/d) weiterzuentwickeln.
Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten- Leitung und Organisation kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozesse an Produktionsstandorten in Europa und Asien mit dem Fokus auf Qualität, Prozessfähigkeit und COPQ Reduktion
- Durchführung und Unterstützung diverser, zum Teil werksübergreifender (Lean-) Projekte
- Datenanalyse, Planung und Realisierung von Verbesserungsprojekten
- Stabilisierung von Produktionsprozessen und Einführung von Arbeits- und Prozessstandards sowie Lean Six Sigma Tool
- Schaffung einer dynamischen und auf stetige Verbesserung ausgelegten Arbeitskultur
- Regelmäßige Berichterstattung und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Business Unit Leiter
- Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium im Ingenieurswesen oder ein vergleichbarer Werdegang
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Operational Excellence inkl. der Führung und Umsetzung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozesse und der Vereinheitlichung von Arbeitsstandards
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Projekt Management auf regionaler und globaler Ebene
- Geübter Umgang mit Lean Six Sigma und Lean Manufacturing Methoden
- Problemlösungsorientierte und strategische Denkweise
- Starke Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten sowie eine Hands-On Mentalität
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Bereitschaft für regelmäßige Dienstreisen zu unseren Produktionsstandorten
