Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of experienced consultants and subject matter experts to identify client safety and productivity challenges and create solutions.
- Work directly with clients to identify pain points and develop effective solutions.
- Lead the delivery of solutions in safety culture and/or behavioral-based safety, PSM, or operational excellence.
- Develop work plans and mobilize the team to deliver effectively.
- Work with team members to build their capabilities and deliver better value to clients.
- Manage project delivery and cultivate client relationships.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering, HSE, Business, or Occupational Psychology.
- Experience in management consulting with previous exposure to operational risk management, operational excellence, safety, and/or culture change.
- Ability to manage diverse and remote teams of consultants and guide them to achieve business and client objectives.
- Experience managing complex projects from end to end for small or large engagements.
- Deep understanding of subject matters around safety or operational excellence and ability to leverage it externally.
- Fluent German speaker, also proficient in English, with the ability to communicate and work with a wide range of cultures and nationalities.
- Excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
