Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Excellence Consultant to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our client engagement project teams, you will execute complex tasks, lead work streams, and contribute to sales by producing high-quality proposals and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work as an integral member of client engagement project teams, executing complex tasks and leading work streams.
  • Contribute to sales by producing high-quality proposals, solutions design, and participating in client business development meetings.
  • Analyze operational processes, operational management efficiency, performance improvement potentials in safety, operational excellence, and/or environmental sustainability.
  • Actively engage with clients through meetings, interviews, and work directly with the client to implement effective solutions.
  • Analyze data to develop meaningful recommendations and solutions, and lead the development of high-quality presentations and documents for client engagements.
  • Conduct interviews, field observations, data and document analysis, and design and provide training/coaching/workshops at client sites.
Requirements
  • You hold a Master's degree in Engineering, EHS, Business, or Psychology.
  • You will ideally have 5+ years of prior experience in established consulting firms and experience gained within industry.
  • You will have knowledge in relevant industries or practice areas such as operational excellence, operational risk, safety, and sustainability.
  • Comfortable working as part of diverse and remote teams of consultants and have a track record of achieving business and client objectives.
  • You are bilingual or fluent in German and English (a third European language is a significant advantage).
  • You have excellent analytical and formalization skills; quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • You have excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
