Deine Aufgaben
Identifizieren und Ansprache potenzieller Kunden und Partner, insbesondere Unternehmen, Organisationen und Einzelpersonen, die mit unserer Mission in Einklang stehen.
Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Gewinnung neuer Kunden und Partner sowie Beziehungsaufbau- und pflege, um langfristige Partnerschaften zu fördern und die Kundenbindung zu stärken.
Erstellen von überzeugenden Präsentationen, Angeboten und Materialien, um potenzielle Kunden und Partner von unserem Angebot zu begeistern.
Aktive Teilnahme an Networking-Veranstaltungen, Konferenzen und Branchenevents, um neue Leads zu generieren und das Unternehmensprofil zu stärken.
Identifizieren von Fördermöglichkeiten und Entwicklung von Anträgen zur Beschaffung finanzieller Mittel.
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg_innen aus der UnternehmerTUM Academy for Innovators und darüber hinaus, einschließlich Marketing, Produktentwicklung und Kundenservice, um sicherzustellen, dass Kundenbedürfnisse erfüllt werden und wir langfristig erfolgreich sein können.
Dein Profil
Wir suchen einen leidenschaftlichen Vertriebsprofi mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in der Akquise und Beziehungspflege im B2B-Umfeld für Ausbildungs- und Talentdienstleistungen.
Akquiseerfahrung, idealerweise bei Unternehmenskunden, Spendenden und Stiftungen oder Fördermittelgebern.
Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, Kundenbedürfnisse zu verstehen, Beziehungen aufzubauen und zu pflegen.
Strukturierte, teamorientierte Arbeitsweise in einem impactorientierten, agilen Umfeld.
Kenntnisse über Fundraising-Methoden und Fördermittelakquise sind von Vorteil.
Erfahrungen mit Salesforce und Notion sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.
Du beherrschst die deutsche und englische Sprache in Wort und Schrift fließend.
