Exciting Role as a Student Assistant in Human Resources

Are you an enthusiastic student eager to acquire practical experience in Human Resources? UnternehmerTUM is on the lookout for a committed Student Assistant to join our vibrant People and Culture Business Partners team. In this role, you will have the chance to engage in a variety of HR activities and play a significant part in enhancing the Employee Life Cycle for our staff.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Support: Assist our People and Culture Business Partners with daily HR functions throughout the Employee Life Cycle.
  • Recruitment Assistance: Participate in the full recruitment cycle, from crafting job advertisements to facilitating onboarding processes.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee the rollout of new procedures, revise contract templates, manage our internal communication platform, and research labor law topics.
  • Onboarding Coordinator: Organize our monthly Welcome Days for incoming team members.
  • Creative Contributor: Infuse your innovative ideas into projects, including Employer Branding strategies.
Your Qualifications
  • Current Student: Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Humanities, or Social Sciences.
  • HR Interest: Prior experience in HR through internships or part-time roles is a plus.
  • Strong Communicator: Proficient in both spoken and written German (minimum B2 level) with a strong affinity for interpersonal communication.
