HR Process Owner SAP SuccessFactors (m/w/d)
Vollzeit (38,5 h) | unbefristete Festanstellung | Korschenbroich
- Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und dem Rollout der SAP SuccessFactors Landschaft (zur Zeit die Module Employee Central, Recruiting & Onboarding).
- Definition, Entwicklung und Optimierung von HR-Prozessen für alle internationalen HR-Abteilungen innerhalb von SAP SuccessFactors.
- Planung und Überwachung der HR-Prozesse und gesamtheitlichen Prozesse der OQEMA Gruppe sowie die Integration der damit verbundenen Qualitäts-, Compliance- und Risikomanagementaspekte.
- Dokumentation von HR-Prozessen und -Verfahren in Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern, um Klarheit, Konsistenz und Einhaltung relevanter Vorschriften sicherzustellen.
- Effektive Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern, um Anforderungen zu erfassen, Updates zu HR-Initiativen bereitzustellen und Feedback zu Prozessverbesserungen einzuholen.
- Unterstützung und Schulung der unternehmensweiten HR-Abteilungen.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Human Resources, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, etc. oder vergleichbare Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im HR, HR-Prozessmanagement und Projektmanagement.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Einführung und Anwendung von SAP SuccessFactors.
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse.
