Join our dynamic team at Emerson as a Project Manager, where you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality projects to our clients while ensuring their satisfaction and achieving profitability targets. As the primary liaison for our customers, you will leverage both internal and external resources to execute projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project budgets in collaboration with the sales team
  • Oversee project planning, including resource allocation, technology selection, procurement, and manufacturing processes
  • Conduct cost analysis and planning
  • Foster customer relationships and engage in negotiations
  • Ensure project quality and compliance
  • Drive customer satisfaction initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • 5 to 8+ years of experience in system, software, process automation, or application engineering, with a strong background in project and technical management
  • Proficiency in local languages along with fluent English
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in project planning
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
  • Competence in MS Office, MS Project, or similar tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification and additional education in business, operations, or project management are advantageous
