Join our dynamic team at Emerson as a Project Manager. In this role, you will oversee the successful execution of projects, ensuring that client expectations are met while maintaining profitability. As the primary liaison for our clients, you will leverage both internal and external resources to achieve project goals within the established budget and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project budgets in collaboration with the sales team
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, technology integration, procurement, and manufacturing processes
  • Conduct thorough cost assessments
  • Foster strong customer relationships and negotiate effectively
  • Ensure project quality standards are upheld
  • Drive customer satisfaction through effective project delivery

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • 5 to 8+ years of relevant experience in system, software, process automation, or application engineering, with a focus on project and technical management
  • Proficiency in local languages and fluent English
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in project planning
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
  • Competence in MS Office, MS Project, or similar tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification and additional education in business, operations, or project management are advantageous
