Deine Aufgaben: vielseitig und verantwortungsvoll
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die aktive Leadgenerierung und Kultivierung von verkaufsbereiten Eigentümern von Hörakustikbetrieben.
  • Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen allen Stakeholdern und treibst Akquisitionsprojekte in Richtung einer stringenten Umsetzung.
  • Du leitest Akquisitionsprojekte weitgehend eigenständig bis zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss und bist dabei Teil eines erfahrenen M&A-Teams.
  • Du erstellst Business Cases zur Bewertung von Akquisitionsvorhaben mithilfe des zentralen Sonova DCF-Bewertungstools.
  • Du steuerst die Due Diligence in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern sowie dem Verkäufer sicher.
  • Du unterstützt bei Kaufvertragsverhandlungen und damit verbundenen Themen im Team mit erfahrenen Legal-Kolleg:innen.
  • Als kommunikativer Vollprofi bist du „Single Point of Contact“ für den Verkäufer entlang des gesamten Prozesses.
  • Du unterstützt als Manager:in Mergers & Acquisitions andere Teammitglieder bei Themen einer reibungslosen Post-Merger-Integration in unser #TeamGEERS.
Das bringst du mit: Persönlichkeit und Empathie
  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Mergers & Acquisitions, gerne auch im Umfeld einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft
  • Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit unterschiedlichen Deal-Arten (Fokus: Asset-Deals) und diversen Verkäufertypologien.
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Bereich DCF-Unternehmensbewertung
  • Du arbeitest selbständig und behältst stets den Überblick über Projekte, Prozesse und Personen.
  • Deine Stärke liegt im analytischen Denken.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher in Deutsch und Englisch.
