Unlock the Power of People Analytics

Culture Amp is seeking an exceptional Enterprise Account Executive to join our team and help drive the adoption of our people analytics platform. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing a robust sales pipeline, and collaborating with our People Science and Solution Consultants to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities through a combination of outbound calling, emailing, and following up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to close and communicate any challenges or wins to the team.
  • Gain an understanding of the prospective customer's pain points and educate on Culture Amp's value, highlighting our differentiators, effectively demoing the product over video conference, and guiding them through the sales process.
  • Co-create a solution and business case to enable stakeholders across the business to advocate for and adopt Culture Amp.
  • Work closely with our People Scientists and Solution Consultants to achieve sales goals; collaborate with Customer Success Coaches and Account Managers to support and set expectations for customers.
Requirements:
  • Native German speaker.
  • Proven track record of success in a closing sales role (ideally within the HR field &/or SaaS).
  • Experience selling solutions to Executives across industries.
  • Experience forecasting and managing a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Experience and drive to build 25% of pipeline by sourcing your own opportunities.
  • Experience selling to Enterprise sized organizations (5,000+ employees).
  • 5+ years of closing experience.
