Senior Recruiter Talent Acquisition (w/m/d)
Aufgaben
- Sie sind Teil eines globalen Teams von Talent Acquisition Experten und gestalten die Zukunft des Recruitings für die Freudenberg Gruppe
- Durch aktives Beziehungsmanagement bauen Sie sich innerhalb des Konzerns ein Netzwerk auf und sorgen für eine effiziente sowie effektive Stellenbesetzung innerhalb verschiedener Fachbereiche
- Sie sind für den gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess verantwortlich (erstes Jobbriefing, Schaltung von Anzeigen, Bewerbungsmanagement und Vorstellungsgespräche) und sorgen für eine durchweg positive candidate journey
- Sie arbeiten eng mit den wichtigsten internen Stakeholdern zusammen, z. B. Human Resources, Führungskräfte und beraten diese, wie sie die besten Talente erreichen können
- Sie setzen eine Multichannel-Sourcing-Strategie um, indem Sie strategische Rekrutierungspläne entwickeln, um Kandidaten zu finden und für Freudenberg zu gewinnen
- Sie entwickeln eine Talentpipeline und verwalten Talente in Workday
Profil
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Full-Life-Cycle-Recruiting in einem Industrieunternehmen oder einem Personaldienstleister
- Sie haben nachweislich Erfahrung mit modernen Recruiting- und Sourcing-Methoden (z.B. durch Direktansprache über LinkedIn)
- Durch Ihre kommunikative und emphatische Art fällt es Ihnen leicht, Inhalte klar und verbindlich über verschiedene Hierachieebenen hinweg zu kommunizieren
- Sie verstehen sich als Teamplayer, besitzen eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung und überzeugen durch ein professionelles Auftreten
- Sie sind es gewohnt, qualitätsorientiert zu arbeiten und haben die Fähigkeit, enge Termine einzuhalten, mehrere Projekte zu bearbeiten und diese entsprechend zu priorisieren
