- Du unterstützt uns tatkräftig und proaktiv bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung des Finance Departments.
- In direkter Zusammenarbeit mit unserem CFO, unterstützt Du uns bei der Vorbereitung der nächsten Fundraising-Runde – vom Pitch bis zur Finalisierung der Verträge warten spannende Einblicke auf Dich.
- Du unterstützt konzeptionell bei der Weiterentwicklung des Controlling- bzw. Steuerungssystems.
- Du erstellst regelmäßige und ad-hoc Controlling- und Finanzauswertungen.
- Du erhältst zudem einen vollumfänglichen Eindruck über das Daily Business, indem Du bei Bedarf Deinen Kolleg:innen helfend unter die Arme greifst.
- Du hast Dein Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang mit herausragendem Erfolg abgeschlossen. Dabei sind Vertiefungen in den Bereichen Controlling, Rechnungswesen, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder Corporate Finance ein Plus
- Du hast bereits erste Berufserfahrung in einer Beratung, Wirtschaftsprüfung und/oder in einem Startup/Konzern im Finance Bereich gesammelt.
- Du lebst in Berlin und Umgebung oder bist bereit nach Berlin zu ziehen.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
- Sverweis, Index und Pivottabelle beherrschst Du mit Links – und auch sonst bist Du sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen. Außerdem beschäftigst du dich aktiv mit Möglichkeiten AI und Robotics in den Arbeitsalltag zu integrieren.
- Du arbeitest sehr gerne mit Daten, Zahlen und Fakten.
- Du verfügst über eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise, bist zielstrebig und behältst auch in herausfordernden Situationen den Überblick.
- Du hast eine technische Affinität und starke analytische Fähigkeiten.
- Deine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und überdurchschnittliches Engagement runden dein Profil ab.
