Job Description

We're seeking a highly ambitious and multi-talented individual to join our team as a Founders Associate. This unique opportunity allows you to work closely with our Co-Founders, gaining invaluable experience in a fast-paced startup environment. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing presentations, researching markets, and creating financial models to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our founders across departments to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
  • Support our founders with tasks related to upcoming financing rounds.
  • Lead the expansion of our presence in new markets and countries.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our business and industry through quantitative and qualitative analyses.
Requirements

We're looking for a smart, ambitious, and entrepreneurial individual with:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field and previous experience in consulting or a fast-growing startup.
  • Impeccable organizational and analytical skills, with a proven track record of project management duties.
  • High self-direction, with the ability to get a lot done with sometimes limited direction.
  • Execution-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about solving problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
