Project Management Assistant

This role will require the chosen individual to be on-site a minimum of 3 days per week.

Our client, is a globally recognised Technology Manufacturer, with their European Head Office in Frankfurt Germany.

Part of their relocation to a new Head Office in the North East of Frankfurt, they are seeking an experienced Project Management Assistant to support the project management team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and a strong desire to contribute to the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers in the planning, execution, and closure of the project,
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information,
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes,
  • Track project progress and ensure that project deadlines are met,
  • Communicate with team members and stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives,
  • Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting outcomes,
  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures, providing regular updates to project managers,
  • Assist in risk management and issue resolution processes,
  • Utilize project management software and tools to track project metrics and produce status reports,
  • Support the development and implementation of project management methodologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience,
  • Previous experience in a project support role,
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) etc,
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively,
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills. German skills also desirable,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook),
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team,
  • PMP or CAPM certification is beneficial.

Offer / Package:

  • Hourly Rate : €50 - €70 (dependant on experience)

Applicants must be currently living in the Frankfurt Germany area and be legally authorised to work in Germany.

Sponsorship is not available, and candidates living outside of Germany will not be considered.
