**The Role**
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Director to join our startup and build up our sales department. This is a unique opportunity to shape the direction of the company, and have a significant impact on our growth and success. The sales role will involve hands-on sales with regular interaction with clinics, in addition to other sales activities and development of the long-term sales strategy. As our Sales Director, your key role will be to promote NEXUS, our innovative SaaS platform, within the longevity and wellness health sectors. You will primarily engage and secure partnerships with clinics and healthcare providers, showcasing the distinct benefits of Biolytica's digital health solutions.
**Tasks and responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that includes value proposition and messaging, target market identification, sales process and funnel management, customer acquisition plan, performance metrics and KPIs, customer success and retention
- Develop and execute sales strategies, tailored to the unique needs of clinics and health organizations
- Cultivate impactful relationships with key clients, significantly influencing the use of digital health solutions
- Contribute to the strategic direction of Biolytica, providing insights and feedback from the field to shape future product development
- Work closely with other team members in different areas, like marketing and the development team to help Biolytica achieve its strategic goals
- You will have the chance to build and manage a team of sales professionals, including recruiting, hiring, training, and development
- Track and analyze funnel metrics to continually optimize and improve sales efforts

- Proven experience in SaaS B2B sales, ideally in a startup or dynamic business environment
- Strong understanding of digital health solutions
- A track record of impactful sales strategy development and execution
- Excellent verbal and written English skills; German skills are a plus
- Confidence in speaking at public events and conferences
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
