**Job Opportunity: Managing Director - Renewable Energy Industry**

Are you a visionary leader with a passion for driving change in the renewable energy sector? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director to spearhead our Renewable Energy division. **Role Summary**:
As the Managing Director of Renewable Energy Credit, you will play a crucial role in shaping our cutting-edge Renewable Energy business. Working closely with the CEO, you will lead the organization in achieving our strategic objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the launch and ongoing management of a revolutionary digital platform for renewable energy credits, utilizing the latest technological advancements and analytics.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Leadership**:

- Contribute to strategic decision-making across the company, providing visionary leadership and expertise in the renewable energy sector.
- Inspire, manage, and develop the Renewable Energy Credit team, fostering a culture of innovation and sustainability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate clear priorities and objectives.

**Strategic Direction and Commercial Plan**:

- Support the development of our company’s strategy and commercial business model, ensuring a sustainable and profitable future.
- Lead the cross-functional launch of our innovative digital platform for renewable energy credits within the next 12 months.
- Establish ambitious and measurable objectives that align with our business strategy.

**Day-to-Day Performance Management**:

- Analyze, interpret, and communicate business performance to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and progress.
- Monitor performance closely, developing strategies to achieve overall targets.

**Product Management**:

- Take ownership of the renewable energy credit platform, ensuring alignment with industry needs and sustainable outcomes.
- Implement a Product Management Framework for periodic reviews and continuous improvements.

**Operations**:

- Provide oversight of companies Operations function related to renewable energy sector

**Environmental Risk Management**:

- Support the development of a pioneering environmental risk management function, leveraging advanced analytics.
- Oversee decisions related to renewable energy credit issuance, balancing environmental returns with positive impacts.
- Establish and monitor sustainable practices, integrating assessments of environmental impact.

**1st Line Environmental Responsibility**:

- Assume responsibility for 1st line environmental risk management, understanding key risks, controls, and alignment with the Board’s environmental sustainability goals.

**Committees**:

- Participate in key committees focused on Environmental Impact and Sustainability.

**Reports to**: Chief Executive Officer

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- **German speaking B to C level**:

- Proven success in leadership roles within the renewable energy sector.
- Deep understanding of renewable energy credit markets and sustainable practices.
