We are growing in Neolith Group, and we are looking for a Customer Service Administrative Support in our Branch Office located in Cologne.

You will increase operational efficiency, company profitability and customer satisfaction by accurately and safely receiving and storing material, as well as picking and scanning order for pickup and delivery.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Attend customers and respond to clients needs.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Handle AP/AR and update internal records to reflect current balances.
  • Handle general account queries.
  • Process Orders from Clients
  • Issue Invoices and Credits. Check invoices/ credits for inaccuracies.
  • Receive and process payments from clients.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Data entry in various platforms.
  • Update track inventory reports; control of marketing merchandise items.
  • Shipping and inbound record keeper.
  • Act as the point of contact for clients
  • Daily communication with the Managing Drector, Sales Team and accounting department.



Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience as customer service.
  • Fluent in german and english
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and administration deals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office needed. SAP, Salesforce experience a plus
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure; problem solve and adjust as needed
  • Good teamwork and customer orientation.
  • Salesforce user highly valuable.
  • SAP user highhly valuable.
  • Available for presential work at Cologne
