Yourprofile
  • A minimum of a bachelor’sdegree in Engineering, Business Administration, OperationsManagement, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA orequivalent) is preferred.
  • Extensive experiencein a senior operational role, preferably within the pharmaceuticalindustry.
  • Proven track record of successfulleadership and management of teams in multiplelocations.
  • Strong project management skillswith the ability to lead complex, cross-functionalprojects.
  • Deep understanding of operationalexcellence principles and methodologies (e.g., Lean, SixSigma).
  • Experience in implementing and managingcontinuous improvement processes andsystems.
  • Experience with reviewing andoptimizing reporting and control systems.
  • SixSigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certificationpreferred
  • Excellent analytical,problem-solving, and decision-making abilities (with the ability toleverage data to make informeddecisions)
  • Ability to influence and engagestakeholders at all levels of theorganization.
  • Availability and willingness toundertake international travel as required to support companyoperations and projectimplementation.

Yourmission
  • Develop and execute acomprehensive Operational Excellence strategy in alignment with thecompany's goals and objectives.
  • Design andexecute strategies to implement and develop processes and systemsfor operational excellence across allsites.
  • Ensure alignment with global standardsand best practices in the pharmaceutical manufacturing, filling,and packaging sectors.
  • Lead, mentor, anddevelop a team of Operational Excellence professionals (in thesites) to build capability across the organization and foster aculture of operational excellence.
  • Implementlean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to enhanceoperational efficiency andeffectiveness.
  • Identify areas for furtherimprovement and drive initiatives / collaborate withcross-functional teams to drive process improvements andsustainable change.
  • Establish and monitor keyperformance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and ensure theachievement of operational excellenceobjectives.
  • Conduct regular audits andassessments to ensure adherence to best practices and identifyfurther areas for improvement.
  • Stay abreast ofindustry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure thecompany's operational excellence efforts are robust andcompetitive.
