As the CommercialDirector (CCO) at OpenValue Munich, you will partner with the(technical) Director to form the Management Team. Your primaryresponsibilities include overseeing commercial goals, businessdevelopment, and account management. You will play a crucial rolein acquiring new customers, securing exciting assignments for ourprofessionals and partners, and enhancing our market presence. Thisposition is ideal for someone eager to build their own path,contributing significantly to our business objectives and teamgrowth.

Tasks
  • Assumejoint P&L responsibility for OpenValue Munich and upholdOpenValue’s core values.
  • Lead businessdevelopment efforts and establish strategic collaborations withpotential clients and partners.
  • Facilitateorganizational growth by recruiting top-tier experts and fosteringteam knowledge and cohesion.
  • Enhance marketvisibility and manage the financial aspects of the organizationalongside the technicaldirector.
Requirements
  • Auniversity or bachelor degree or equivalentcredentials.
  • Relevant experience in businessdevelopment, product management, or (key) account management withinthe IT domain.
  • Successful track record inbuilding strong professional teams, organizations andnetworks.
  • An established network of CTOs,Engineering Managers, Development Team Leads, and SourcingManagers.
  • Fluent in German (C2 level) andEnglish, with cultural adaptability to Dutch or internationalorganizations is a bonus.
  • A proactive,empathic, ambitious, and flexible mindset, coupled with integrityandaccountability.
