Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung z.B. Bürokaufmann (m/w/d) oder ähnliches

Du erhöhst die Kundenzufriedenheit durch schnelles und kompetentes Lösen der eingehenden Service-Anliegen
Du bist das Bindeglied zwischen Kunde und Bank und klärst die Bearbeitungsstände mit Banken
Du erfasst und pflegst Kundendaten und übernimmst weitere administrative Tätigkeiten für das Team
