Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our Institutional Services team at State Street. As a key member of our Relationship Management/Sales Enablement organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales efforts and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain professional sales collateral, including client solution presentations, case studies, and analysis of sector-specific themes and insights.
- Assist in deal structuring, including preparing documentation for internal deal approvals and participating in deal analysis.
- Support the development of client relationships, including coordinating client meetings, completing intake forms, and providing management information to support business unit decision-making.
- Collaborate with sales and relationship managers to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive business growth.
- Provide administrative support for sales initiatives, including managing client contracts and fee schedules.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, market analysis, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- 3-5 years of post-undergraduate professional experience in a sales or business development role.
- Fluent speaking, reading, and professional writing skills in English and German.
- Experience in project management and proficiency in MS packages, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Solid understanding of the financial services industry and knowledge of one or more of the following sectors: Sovereign Wealth Funds/Central Banks/Official Institutions, Insurance, Asset Managers, Asset Owners/Pension Funds, Alternatives.
